They three facts have to nutritional based. I have a health essay tomorrow, and he gave us the 5 possible essays. The essay is about nutrition.
Here’s the full essay question:
1. Describe at least three benefits of consuming water. How can water help "keep the fat away"? Discuss the dangers of drinking soda pop. Describe why eating fast food can be dangerous to your health. Aside from providing different nutrients, why is it important to consume different color fruits and vegetables in our diet? Be sure to include the benefits of antioxidants.
If you can, please provide everything the essay needs. You don’t need to get into too much detail. My teacher doesn’t care much about the essay. He said it could totally be a grammatical failure, but if it addresses all the points, we get a hundred. So bullets are fine. He actually gave us all the answers, but I had to go to one of the elementary schools to answers questions the 5th graders had, so I never got them.
Thanks
